Barefoot Living

I wasn't intending to write a long multi-part page about this, but it seems that once I get started, it's awfully hard for me to stop! I've had complaints from friends in the past about my emails being too long, so I guess it's just the way I am. Anyway, having spent the best part of 2007 with absolutely nothing on my feet, I thought I might write a little bit about how I came to be a confirmed "barefooter". I actually started small during the summer of 2006, but it wasn't until 2007 that I really got going. Below you'll find an index to the various parts of this page (I don't intend to add any more to this, but you never know), followed by a couple of links to related websites.

In The Beginning
How I made the transition from normally wearing shoes to normally NOT wearing shoes.
My First Barefoot Outing

Venturing Forth
Revealing my latest lifestyle choice to family and friends – and the sky didn't fall.
We Are Not Alone
Other people do it too, and there are more of them about than you might think!
